Shuttle Service
We will provide shuttle service on Tuesday August 12th and Wednesday August 13 of 2025, to any Â鶹´«Ã½ student, staff, and faculty. In order to use the shuttle, you must register for the shuttle service below.
- Greeters will meet you at the airport, if you and we know your exact arrival information – time of arrival in Nashville, flight name and number. Meet the greeter at baggage areas 7 and 8.
- The shuttle will leave at 3 p.m. (15 p.m.) for Â鶹´«Ã½. Â鶹´«Ã½ is a 2 ½ hour drive from Nashville.
- The cost of the shuttle is $100 per person and will be billed to your student account.
- If you arrive and get through security after 2:30 p.m., you will need to stay overnight in Nashville. Our greeter will assist you. If you know that you will need to stay overnight, please make arrangements for a room at the La Quinta Inn & Suites, 531 Donelson Pike, Nashville, TN.
